José Carlos García moved his starred restaurant to a glass box on Muelle Uno, the harbour promenade, with the cruise ships and the Alcazaba as backdrop: a Málaga tasting menu of sea urchin, local fish, ajoblanco and Andalusian memories, precise and generous. The terrace at dusk with the harbour lights is the best table in the city.
