Seven Swans occupies a four-metre-wide house on the Main riverbank and cooks a vegan tasting menu built almost entirely from its own permaculture garden outside the city. Ricky Saward earned it a star, the first for a fully vegan restaurant in Germany, and the tiny room with the river view is one of Frankfurt’s most surprising dinners.
