Omakase behind a graffiti window

The Duc Ngo hid his most ambitious restaurant behind a sprayed shopfront on Kantstraße. Inside, a dark, glamorous room serves Japanese and Peruvian cooking at a long counter: nigiri, ceviche, wagyu and a sake list that goes deep. It is the Berlin scene’s favourite late dinner, and the omakase at the counter is the way to do it.
