Asian cross-over on the harbour
Böser Chinese is not a Chinese restaurant but a cross-over kitchen that borrows freely from all of Asia: crispy duck with a lacquered skin, Szechuan pepper, Thai herbs, Japanese precision, served in a calm, low-lit room on the Medienhafen waterfront and in a second, cosier house in Flingern. The bar is composed, the terrace faces the harbour basins and the lunch specials make it a Düsseldorf daily habit. A gourmaris member.
