Three stars in a wine cellar
Juan Amador cooks Austria’s only three-star menu in the vaulted cellar of the Hajszan Neumann winery in Grinzing: Spanish-rooted, French-trained cooking of great luxury and technique, served among barrels under brick arches. The wine pairing draws on the winery above and on Europe, and the drive out to the vineyards makes the evening a small journey.
