Amante sits on a cliff above the cove of Sol d’en Serra on the east coast: a Mediterranean menu of grilled fish, salads and island vegetables, daybeds on the rocks below and a terrace where the moon rises out of the sea. It is Ibiza’s most romantic dinner and its most beautiful lunch.
