CODA Dessert Dining

René Frank’s CODA in Neukölln serves a tasting menu built on the techniques of pastry: no refined sugar, no flour in the classic sense, but chocolate, fermentation, vegetables and umami composed into savoury and sweet courses that earned two stars. The cocktail pairing is as inventive as the food and the room is a small dark theatre.
