Duck & Waffle sits on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower and never closes: a glass lift up the outside of the building, the City lights spread below and a menu whose signature, a crispy duck leg on a waffle with a fried egg and mustard maple syrup, is served at 4 am as happily as at 8 pm. Sunrise breakfast here is a London rite.
