Christoph Rüffer has cooked at Haerlin in the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten for more than two decades, holding two stars with a French-based menu that is light, precise and generous with luxury products. The dining room looks over the Binnenalster, the service is old-school Hanseatic and the wine cellar is one of the best in Germany.
