Twenty seats, three stars, one table
Kevin Fehling designed his restaurant around a single curved cherry-wood table for twenty guests, with the kitchen open on the inside of the curve. The menu travels from Hamburg to Asia to South America in eight courses of extraordinary precision, and it has held three stars since the year after opening. The most exclusive dinner in northern Germany.
