Laurent Eperon cooks a two-star French menu in the Pavillon of the Baur au Lac, a glass room by Pierre-Yves Rochon opening onto the hotel park by the lake. The style is classic French with a light hand, the service is old-world and the business lunch is one of the great rituals of Zurich money. In summer the terrace under the trees is the finest lunch in the city.
