Three stars above a wine bar
Marco Müller earned Berlin its first three stars in a room above the Rutz wine bar on Chausseestraße. The menu, called Inspirationen, is built on German products, fermentation and a memory of the countryside: pike, quince, beef aged in hay. Downstairs the Weinbar serves the more relaxed version with one of the city’s best lists by the glass.
