Fernando Pérez Arellano’s Zaranda holds two stars in the Es Capdellà countryside at the Es Fangar estate: a tasting menu of Mallorcan products, black pig, red prawns, island vegetables, with a technical brilliance that made it the first two-star restaurant in the Balearics. The garden, the terrace and the wine list make it a full evening.
