Cipriani brought its Venetian formula to Monaco’s Larvotto seafront: the Bellini, the beef carpaccio, the baked tagliolini with ham and a room of white jackets and low light that fills with the Grand Prix crowd. The cooking is simple and expensive, the service is perfect theatre and the terrace by the sea is where Monaco dines when it wants to be seen.
