Carbone’s Miami Beach outpost brings the Thompson Street formula to Collins Avenue: the spicy rigatoni, the veal parm, the tuxedoed captains and a room of pink and green that fills with the city’s loudest crowd. It is the hardest reservation in Miami and the best party in a dining room south of Manhattan.
