The Kulm Country Club occupies the 1905 Olympic ice pavilion renovated by Norman Foster in the Kulm Park: a glass-fronted restaurant facing the natural ice rink and the mountains, a bar with the season’s crowd and a menu of alpine and international dishes. Lunch on the terrace while curlers play below is one of St. Moritz’s most civilised pleasures.
