Le Grill on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris has a retractable roof that opens on warm nights to the stars over the Rock and the sea: a starred kitchen grilling fish and meat over wood, the famous Grand Marnier soufflé and a room that has hosted every celebrity to pass through Monaco.
