Mauricio Giovanini and Pía Ninci cook a starred tasting menu at Messina on the Avenida Severo Ochoa: Argentinian roots, Andalusian products, Mediterranean vegetables and a playful sense of texture that made it one of Marbella’s most consistent fine dining rooms for two decades. The room is quiet, the prices fair and the sommelier excellent.
