Dani García built Leña at Puente Romano as a cathedral to fire: a huge, dramatic room with open grills, dry-aged beef from around the world, the famous burger and a brioche of wagyu, all cooked over embers. It is the Golden Mile’s most spectacular restaurant, expensive and loud, and the meat justifies both.
