Skina hides in a whitewashed lane of Marbella’s old town with room for barely a dozen guests: Marcos Granda’s two-star restaurant serves an Andalusian tasting menu of great precision, red prawns, Iberian pork, oxtail, olive oil from the hills, with a wine list built by a sommelier who owns the place. It is the most intimate great meal on the Costa del Sol.
