Plachutta Wollzeile

Plachutta on the Wollzeile is where the Tafelspitz, boiled beef in broth, is treated as the national dish it is: served in copper pots with the broth, the marrow bone, apple horseradish, chive sauce and rösti, in a green-panelled room that has fed Vienna for decades.
