Álvaro Salazar earned two stars at Voro in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel near Canyamel: a tasting menu of great creativity built on Mallorcan and Mediterranean products, served in a calm room and on a terrace with the hills of the east coast beyond. It is the island’s most ambitious kitchen and a reason to stay on the east side.
