Gosch
The fish stand that became a brand
Jürgen Gosch sold fish from a stand in List harbour in 1972 and built it into Germany’s most famous fish restaurant: the original shack at the northernmost harbour in the country still serves fish sandwiches, smoked salmon, oysters and lobster at wooden tables by the water, and the queue is part of the ritual. Simple, fresh and very Sylt.
