Jan Hartwig left the Bayerischer Hof to open his own restaurant near Nymphenburg in 2022 and reached three stars within two years. The room is intimate and Scandinavian in feel, the menu is his most personal cooking: pigeon, langoustine, brown butter, precise and generous at once. The hardest reservation in Bavaria.
