Jörg Müller has cooked classic French cuisine in his thatched house on the edge of Westerland since 1988, one of the original stars of Sylt. The menu is timeless: lobster, sole, lamb, sauces built the old way, served in rooms of quiet elegance. For many island regulars it remains the reference against which every new kitchen is measured.
