Song Qi
Cantonese elegance on the water
Song Qi in Fontvieille is Monaco’s gastronomic Chinese restaurant: Cantonese and Sichuan dishes cooked with luxury products, Peking duck carved at the table, dim sum at lunch and a room by Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet of jade, black lacquer and gold. The prince’s Chinese ambassador is said to eat here; so does everyone with a yacht in the port.
Signature dish
Peking duck, dim sum, lobster with ginger and spring onion
