On the 16th floor of the Innside hotel in the Medienhafen, The View is Düsseldorf’s sky lounge: a wraparound terrace over the harbour, the Rhine bend and the television tower, cocktails and small plates, and a sunset crowd that fills every seat in summer. The kitchen is simple, the view is not.
