Yoshi
Japan by Robuchon on the Riviera
Yoshi at the Hôtel Métropole was created by Joël Robuchon as his only Japanese restaurant: a serene room by Didier Gomez, a Japanese garden terrace and a starred kitchen led by Takéo Yamazaki cooking refined sushi, sashimi, tempura and kaiseki-style menus with Mediterranean products. The bento at lunch is Monaco’s most elegant light meal.
