Zuma’s Miami restaurant at the Epic hotel sits on the Miami River with a terrace where yachts pass at eye level: the robata grill, the sushi counter, black cod in hoba leaf, spicy beef tenderloin and a Saturday brunch that is a Miami institution. It is the city’s most glamorous Japanese evening and the terrace is its best seat.
