Peter Luger Steak House

Peter Luger under the Williamsburg Bridge has served the same thing since 1887: a dry-aged porterhouse for two, three or four, sliced and sizzling in butter, thick-cut bacon, creamed spinach, German fried potatoes and waiters who have no patience for questions. It takes its own card, debit or cash, and it remains the steakhouse every other one is measured against.
